Early 1992, prompted by the frustrations relating to loans and borrows, United Airlines called upon the North American carriers to get together and discuss and resolve these issues. It was decided since the issues were common among all the carriers, it was best to meet and come up with solutions as a group. Thus, was the beginning of the North American Airlines Loan/Borrow Symposium (as it was called).

The NAALBF members can now enjoy their newly created website. Certain features, such as Blogs or the Online Forum are already functioning. These great tools will allow you to share your views and opinions, read other members' comments, and provide your insight on subjects presented in other blogs. Your blog will be created as soon as you register. Follow the links to update your profile and compose your first post. Ed Edrington from Sterling Courier will be the first one to use the tool. Tags are simple words or phrases that are attached to blog posts. You can think of tags as categories or labels that you add to your blog articles to simply and effectively describe their content. Using tags will help you find everything you add to your blog and search relevant information on other blogs. Just look at the "NAALBF Tags" section on the right column; it lists different subjects that are on the NAALBF blog. The larger the word, the more that was written about it.
